Windy Hill became incorporated in March of 1985, and is stronger now than ever thanks to the support of passionate community members like you.
The success of Windy Hill Senior Center is in large part due to the support we receive through generous gifts from our members, business partners and community members. The donations allow us to offer free membership and free and/or low-cost programs to promote independence, lifelong learning, intergenerational opportunities, wellness, nutrition, dignity, and inclusion.
The members of Windy Hill's Legacy Society include donors who name Windy Hill Senior Center or Windy Hill Senior Center Endowment Fund as a beneficiary of a planned gift, which helps ensure quality services for many generations of older adults in our community.
We honor those individuals who made the decision to create a lasting legacy at Windy Hill. If you have already included Windy Hill in your estate plans, it is helpful to receive written documentation. To share your intention of making a planned gift, please complete this form.

How much do I have to donate to be part of Windy Hill's Legacy Society?
What will legacy donations be used for?
Gifts to Windy Hill's Legacy Society will go to Windy Hill's endowment fund through York County Community Foundation, which was originally established in 2011. The endowment funds are different from other donations received throughout the year in that the total amount of the gift is invested. This allows for a perpetual gift; it's the gift that keeps on giving. Each year as our endowment fund continues to grow, a portion of the value of the fund is paid out to the center to support the longevity of our organization. Those who make donations to Windy Hill's endowment fund create a permanent legacy of support for Windy Hill.
